SAVING LUNA
Saving Luna was about an orphaned killer whale in a remote Vancouver bay. Luna wasn’t just any whale; he was one of a kind. Since he had lost his clan and was extremely lonely he had taken to befriending humans. Saving Luna was about the different views on what people thought they needed to do in order to save Luna.

I really liked Saving Luna because it really showed how much humans relate to animals. The cinematography was so beautiful; every new shot made you want to get on a plain and go there right then. I also really enjoyed that they told everyone’s story that had an opinion about Luna, good and bad.

The film dragged out way too long; I didn’t think a lot of the footage was necessary. I didn’t like that throughout the whole movie they played really mellow and slow music. Even when Luna was playing it stayed the same the same, when it should have been cheerful.

All in all I think it was a really good story and I thought they did a good job of telling it.

I gave it a 4 (from 1-5).
