MONGOL
This story is about the early life of Genghis Khan, and how he went on to control almost half the world.

The cinematography was beautiful and the music and costumes were well done, but with such a great crew of editors and filmers I expected more.

I didn’t like how much bloodshed there was and I didn’t think all the violence was necessary. Also I thought a lot of the script didn’t look like it correspond with the Mongolian dialect. It kept me entertained, but after a while all the fighting was getting old and the movie went on too long. If the acting had been better and if the script had worked I think it could have had a shot.

All in all I wasn’t that impressed, and I don’t think I would recommend this movie to anyone I know.

Because this movie did not amaze me in the way I would have liked it to, I only gave it a 2. (from 1-5)
