Bustin’ Down the Door is the amazing story of a group of Australian & South African surfers who wanted to change surfing into a professional sport. In the mid 70’s they came to Hawaii with a dream, and within the year they were known as “the best”, the title they had always wanted.

I thought Bustin’ Down the Door was an incredible documentary. The cinematography was so beautiful, but it was in Hawaii so of course it was. All the shots that they had of the guys surfing the waves were amazing! I really like that there was actually a story in the film, where as a lot of other surf films are just “waves and babes”. I really learned a lot about surfing’s history, and where it all started.

I really loved it!!!! I give it a 4.5!
