AWAY FROM HER
Who's in It:
Julie Christie, Gordon Pinsent, Olympia Dukakis, Alberta Watson

The Basics:
Fiona Anderson (Julie Christie) suffers from Alzheimer's. When she is transfered to a retirment home her husband, to whom she has been married to for 45 years, is not able to visit her for 30 days. When these 30 days are up and Grant (Gordon Pinsent), her husband, comes to visit she has made a new friend. Grant now has to try and win her back.

The Good News:
The acting in this movie is incredible. Julie Christie has been in acting for over forty years and really shines in this film. The story is heartbreaking but beautiful.

The Bad News:
There were only two things in Away From Her that stood out for me in a "bad" way. First of all, the cinematography in certain parts made me dizzy. The second thing was that I thought that it moved slowly.

The Verdict:
This movie was beautiful and sad and I really liked it. I would rate this movie a 4 1/2. I do recommend it.
