The Good News:
The film When Clouds Clear touches on an important subject that most people don't know about. The cinematography is beautiful and it is full of great stories that the people of Junin have to tell.
The Bad News:
It did not hold my interest the whole time. I got lost and frankly kind of bored.
The Verdict:
When Clouds Clear is a good movie and I do recommend it. I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
