A ROOM WITH A VIEW
Who's In It:
Elaine Cassidy, Rafe Spall, Sophie Thompson, Mark Williams, and Laurence Fox

The Basics:
Miss Lucy Honeychurch goes to Florence Italy to explore the real Florence. When an unexpected kiss sweeps her off her feet her cousin takes her to Rome to escape the man who "insulted her". She then gets engaged but when the man from Florence becomes her neighbor she has to rethink things.

The Good News:
A Room With a View is a charming and beautiful story of true love that is very well acted.

The Bad News:
I felt that not very much was covered. I also thought that for a story taking place in the twenties that Lucy Honeychurch acted very differently than I would have expected a woman to act back then. She was quite abrupt when telling her fiance that she no longer wanted to marry him. I also thought that everything happened to fast.

The Verdict:
I think that A Room With a View is a very sweet story but it has its flaws. On a scale of one to five I would rate it a three.
