ALASKA SESSIONS: Surfing the Last Frontier

...was about some people who decide that they want to go on a surfing adventure in Alaska. It’s very cold in Alaska, so they have to bring really heavy duty wet suits. They travel all over the alaskan ocean in a little boat surfing along the way. At one point, some of them get out and go onto the shore, which has never been walked on before, and they go hunting. They kill a deer and then they bring it back to the boat and cut it all up and cook it for dinner. The movie is just about their adventures surfing in Alaska in the winter.

The filmmaking was very good. It showed what their life was like on that boat in the cold Alaskan winter. The color and sound was also good, but the movie went on a little bit too long. Near the end it got kind of boring. If they cut it a little shorter, it would be really good.

A scene that stood out for me was when they were hunting for the deer and they were being very quiet as they walked through the woods, and then when they saw the deer, they shot it and dragged it back in the boat and took it back to the real boat and cleaned it and ate it.

I liked the overall movie but if they cut it shorter, it would be a lot better. It got monotonous after a while. But I liked how they showed what life was like for them and stuff. So I would give it a three out of five (3/5).
