DRAMATIC SHORTS

...were very dramatic. The first one was called BUZKASHI BOYS and it was about a boy who lived in Kabul, Afghanistan. He had a very hard life as a shoemaker's son, and he had a friend who had no parents and lived on the streets. Both boys wanted to be Buzkashi riders, so his friend got a horse and started to ride it but couldn’t control it, and the horse ended up bucking him off and causing his death.

The second short was called THE OTHER SIDE. It was about a boy in the war zone who kept throwing his ball over the wall to the other side and then somebody would kick the ball back but he wouldn’t know who it was so he made a kind of game out of it. Until one day the ball just never came back.

The third short was called NIGHT SHIFT and it was about a cleaning lady at an airport who was very poor. She had two kids living in her car and she had to find ways of keeping them alive. It was very sad.

The fourth short was called TIGER BOY and it was about a little boy who loved a famous wrestler who always wore a tiger mask, so the boy always wore a tiger mask. The principle of his school was very creepy and tryed to abuse him, but his tiger mask gave him strength and he took him down. At the end he takes off his tiger mask.

The cinematography was good. The color was very good, especially in the NIGHT SHIFT because the grey color in the airport showed how dark and horrible it was there. The sound was also pretty good.

My favorite part was when at the end of TIGER BOY, the boy took off his mask because it showed he wasn’t afraid anymore. It showed he was brave and courageous and I liked that part.

I would give it a four out of five (4/5) because it was really good but I wouldn’t call it amazing. There is nothing really to complain about it, its just not one of those really good films.
