SHYAMAL UNCLE TURNS OFF THE LIGHTS

...was an unimpressive film with a very uninteresting plot. It is about a man that notices that the lights in the city are on and he needs to make sure they are turned off throughout the day to save energy. It is an hour-and-a-half film explaining just that simple plot. In my opinion it was very boring.

First off, the video production was terrible. It was grainy and not HD, what-so-ever. There was hardly any music playing the whole movie. The layout wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t anything special. It was just standard, with opening credits and ending credits. Overall, the technical aspect of the film, wasn’t amazing…

A scene that stood out for me would be at the end, when he finally solved the problem, because of happiness, he started dancing around in an open field and it was very funny. I, personally, didn’t think that there were any standout performances… The acting wasn’t amazing, but it was okay because you can see the characters mood changing throughout the film, from bad, to good. I think that the main actor did a good job doing that.

This movie was very poor in my opinion and I would give it a 2/5. It deserved this rating because of the plot mostly, it was just not a good enough story to make a film over an hour long. Also, the video production was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this film, but I was able to sit through it!
