MILLIONS
The Basics:
A young boy named Damian just moved into a new house, and is having fun watching a train go by from his fort when an enormous suitcase seems to fall from the sky and nearly hit him on the head. Confused, he opens it only to find over 230,000 pounds, equal to about $325,000. But here is the catch: he only has a few days to spend them before England switched to the Euro and the money is worthless. All the while, Damian is having delusions of Saints coming to visit him, and so when a mysterious man comes to demand the money, Damian doubts his existence. But I’ll leave what happens next for you to find out.

The Good News:
Millions has incredible acting and hilarious comments and scenes. For example, whenever Damian and his brother, Anthony, want anything, the simply bring up the fact that their mother has died and are given free stuff, which they use a lot. Also, every scene is very colorful and vibrant, which adds effect to what is happening.

The Bad News:
Because of Damian’s frequent delusions, I sometimes wasn’t sure if what I was seeing was real or not, which tended to confuse me.

The Verdict:
I would give Millions a 4 out of 5 and would definitely recommend it for anyone who just wants an entertaining, funny movie.
