HAVANA SURF
Havana Surf is a film shot in Cuba, which tells the story of Cuban surfers, but it’s not all about surfing, it’s about their culture and their life. This film focuses on these six Cuban surfers and a celebrity Australian surfer, Bob Samin, who now lives in Cuba, and loves life there. No one knew about surfers in Cuba, or even that there was surf.

This film shows some amazing footage, and some great surfers’ point of view of Cuban surf. The surfers and some women bring the filmmakers into their lives, and though it’s not easy being a surfer, or even living in Cuba, they take the filmmakers on a journey so they can make this wonderful film.

For those of you surfers out there who want a different way of seeing waves, and new amazing surf spots, then this is the movie for you!

I would rate this movie a 4 because the movie jumped around a lot, and didn’t really tie in well, but other than that it was an amazing film!
