The Basics:
Lifted is a short film about a little alien who sent a beam to get a man sleeping is his home. It seems as if he is learning how do direct where the beam takes him with hundreds of buttons. He doesn’t exactly know how do drive it, so the man is moved throughout the house. Finally his instructor takes over, and fixes the persons house. The little alien starts crying, and the instructor allows the alien another try at the controls. As soon as the alien starts driving he crashes the space ship.
The Good News:
Lifted was a cute, funny short movie. I liked that there was no voice in the movie so you could have your own interpretation of what was happening. I liked the way the characters expressions really told the story.
The Bad News:
I really don’t have anything bad to say about this film.
The Verdict:
Overall I thought it was funny. I liked it. I would rate it a 5 out of 5.
