"After The Killing's Done" is a book about the struggles to restore the Channel Islands off the coast of Santa Barbara to their natural condition. The 9th Grade at Santa Barbara Middle School was lucky enough to get some time with its author T.C. Boyle, who read one of his short stories, then entertained questions about his work.

The Teen Press got to meet with T.C. Boyle at the end of the session, and managed to get a few questions in that their 9th grade counterparts hadn't already investigated. Here Oli, Alea, and Dia get to hang out and chat with T.C.
