Hey! I'm Maisie, and I am a seventh grader at Santa Barbara Middle School.

I am part of teen press because I love to learn about people. People are so interesting to me, and asking people questions about what they do and like is very fun for me. When I was very young I enjoyed playing a game I made up called “What’s your favorite?”. The game was asking people about their favorite things and then they would quiz me about it. I am so excited to be part of Teen Press, and I can’t wait to start asking questions.

My dog is my life. Her name is Brittany and she is a white pitbull. When I am not rubbing my dog, I am playing sports. I play competitive soccer, and I love flag football. Another tid-bit about me is that I really enjoy Mexican food. Any time, any day, I would rather be eating a burrito. My most famous quote is “Chips are a party food, and parties aren’t quiet.”

I have the most supportive and funny family. My dad and my brother are the most funny people I have met. My mom supports me through all my sports and makes the best soup. She is such a good friend. My Nanny (grandma), and Bompie (grandpa) are so nice and I love spending Christmas with them.
