December 1, 2011, Sony Pictures Studios, Culver City

The Teen Press received a very special opportunity to visit Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California, to get a taste of the films and television produced there. The capstone feature of the visit was an extended discussion with AMY PASCAL, Chairman, Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group and Co-Chairman, Sony Pictures Entertainment. Referred to as "the most powerful woman in Hollywood," we met with her in her offices in the old Columbia Pictures headquarters building, after walking down halls lined with Oscars.

In a far-reaching conversation, Teen Press reporters Dia & Oli & Lily & Deryn talk with Amy about her life and her work.

In Part 2, Amy explains the basics of what she does for Sony, gives her take on regret, relates her excitement about the then-unreleased movie "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", shares her perspective on the ins & outs of picking movies to make, and on finding joy in her job.

With cameo appearances by Nancy Grinstein.
