My name is Katie. I am a seventh grader at SBMS. This year I am a reporter for Teen Press.

My dream potato is a baked potato with sour cream, salsa, cheese, and a little bit of salt. My favorite movies are The Toy Story Movies, The Hunger Games, Finding Nemo, The Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. My favorite movie quote is from Finding Nemo when Dory says: “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, what do we do, just keep swimming.” My favorite movie snack is Junior Mints. My favorite Music artists are One Direction, Taylor Swift, Adele, Ed Sheeran, and Cher Lloyd.

My dream interview would be either One Direction, Taylor Swift, or Jennifer Lawrence. They all seem like really cool people and I would like to meet them. I chose to be on Teen Press because I like being out in the community and meeting new and and interesting people. I can’t really see journalism in my future as a career. I would rather do something in Fashion or be an actress. My dream is to do something in fashion when I’m older or be an actress.
