Sex, Drugs and Rock’n Roll (not)

Our legs stiff, but our spirits on high, Austin, Christian, and I stepped out of the car and approached “the most sexually, intellectually, and culturally stimulating hotel in San Francisco”. The Phoenix Hotel would be our lair for the next two days. After a two-hour swim and some pizza and pasta, we tried to sleep. With much anticipation for the day ahead, the task of sleeping seemed impossible. Slowly, we drifted into a deep sleep that seemed to only last five minutes.

We awoke to one of the biggest days of our lives. Macworld has always been a large interest to me; the thought of revolutionary inventions being created, finding little gizmos and gadgets that are simply going to help our average lives, and seeing people strive to get their products into the Mac-consumer world. This being my second year at Macworld, there were things that I was expecting, but I was still blown away. The Moscone convention center is HUGE! From music to business, anyone could find something that interested him or her, and the thing that really caught my eye (for the second time) was Vestalife.

Imagine a television that you can switch from 2D to 3D with just the press of a button. Imagine one the most innovatively designed speaker system on the Market. Vestalife can bring all these things straight to you. With the thought of bugs in mind, their company line includes the Ladybug Speaker System, the Firefly Speaker System, and the Butterfly with its special dimension-changing monitor. I believe that Vestalife has the future in its grasp and will always be an interesting and original product.

But I’ve gotta go; tonight will be Sleepless in San Francisco.
